Family Hubs

Family Hubs are a friendly and safe environment for children, parents and carers to connect with a range of services that can address their needs at the earliest opportunity. They make it easier for families with children aged 0-19, or up to 25 years old if they have special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to get information, advice and support on a range of issues through a single point of access.

Family Hubs will also deliver a range of joined-up services, focusing particularly on parenting support, infant feeding support, early language support and perinatal mental health support.
